Selling Tickets
We've made it really easy for you to sell your tickets on this site and over at We Got Tickets, who also regulary advertise events in the Fringe to their very large membership. You will need to register an account with them on their website, wegottickets.com, so they can pay you directly on your ticket sales. You enter your events on their site, and setup your bank account with them.
When your event is listed as a current event at wegottickets.com - it takes a day for it to be made current - you will see an event reference number. Please put this number in the Wegottickets
reference box against the event on your events page on this site, so you can sell directly from our site, too.
You will see a Buy Tickets logo appear alongside your event on the front page, in the Programme listing, and in your profile page. Visitors can click this link and purchase tickets for your show.
You will also be able to sell from the We Got Tickets page, too. Here's the London Bridge Festival page on their site.

You'll be able to accept credit and debit card payments for your advance tickets making it easier for your customers to secure entry to your event.
How does it Work?
• It's a FREE service to you and we SAVE you money - WeGotTickets pay all your credit card charges and pay you the full face value ticket price
• The customer pays a booking fee of 10% scaled down for tickets over £25 - with a minimum of 50p per order
• Tickets are delivered instantly online and can be bought until 6pm on the day of the event - WeGotTickets provide your customer with a booking reference number, rather than a physical ticket
• WeGotTickets staff are helpful - they make it their business to make sure the information you receive is clear, easy to understand and gets to you as fast as possible
• There's no minimum commitment period and it's a non exclusive service - you can use it in conjunction with any other box office or ticket vendor
• WeGotTickets act quickly - they're small enough to act on your suggestions and queries straight away but also big enough to create the infrastructure to incorporate them
• Refunds and reallocations can be made at the click of a button - they deal with all of these so that you don't have to
• WeGotTickets can contact your customers instantly in the event of an emergency - so if there's a cancellation or change to your event we'll let everyone know
• The tickets can't be lost, stolen or copied...
The system works using booking reference codes, if you've ever bought an Easyjet ticket you'll be
familiar with the concept. When your customer buys a ticket they receive an email containing a
booking reference number.
(On the night of the event your tickets automatically come off sale at 6pm you can take them off earlier if you want).
Once the tickets are off sale you'll be able to print an alphabetical list of the ticket holders and their
booking reference codes. All you need to do is find the customer on the list, cross reference the
code they have with the one on your list, and check their ID.
WeGotTickets is really easy to use and provides you with a comprehensive box office so you can
manage a wide range of events and tickets at any one time. You'll be able to:
• See sales reports in real time
• Add new events and tickets
• Adjust stock allocations
• Add a range of different venues
• Collect customer data
The box office works by giving you a specific link for each one of your event pages, you can post this links onto the London Bridge site and incorporate it into any online promotion you're doing. By linking your listings through to WeGotTickets customers can buy tickets at the click of a button 24 hours a day. If you'd like to discuss the different options and the best way to utilise links in more depth get in touch with WeGotTickets using the details at the bottom of this document.
